5.17 - SAP Action Planning meeting
This meeting should bring together key SAP Development Team members, together with the Project Manager and staff of the Project Management Unit.
The aim of the meeting is to synthesise the outputs from the strategic thinking phase and the national consultation process (evaluation of alternatives, SAP integration, action planning) and finalise the action planning process.
