Reversal of Land and Water Degradation Trends in the Lake Chad Basin
This GEF Project is an Integrated Environmental Assessment and Social Assessment (EA/SA) which aims to address problems of land and water degradation in the Lake Chad Basin. The key elements of the project include completion of a Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA), preparation of a Strategic Action Programme (SAP) and execution of six pilot projects in the five LCBC countries.
