Final Evaluation of the UNDP/GEF Caspian Environment Programme

This evaluation is concerned with the performance of the UNDP/GEF contribution to the CEP during its first phase. Ultimately, the goal of evaluation is to strengthen UNDP’s effectiveness in the delivery of development assistance, through robustly designed and well-targeted projects.
