A delegation of 18 Chinese led by Ms. Wu Lin, Environment Advisor, Department for International Development China, visited the NBI Secretariat in Entebbe - Uganda  on 7th May, 2014 as part of their 'China-Africa Trans-boundary Waters Study Tour' According to Prof. Guangheng Ni of Tsinghua University, the study tour is in realization of the many and complex trans-boundary waters in Africa and China's growing engagement with African governments in water development.
