Law enforcement training in Balabac to deputize fish wardens and combat IUU fishing

The Balabac local government unit, Palawan Council For Sustainable Development, and Office of the Provincial Agriculturist finalised the arrangements with CTI-SEA Philippines for the Balabac Law Enforcement Training scheduled on 18-20 March 2013.
CTI SEA Deputy Team Leader for the Philippines Mr. Raul Roldan, Key Biodiversity Area Coordinator Mr. Roger Savella, and Coastal and Marine Resource Management Specialist Dr. Benjamin Gonzales participated in the meeting with local partners on 28 January 2013 at Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
