The project "Support to the Orange-Senqu River Strategic Action Programme Implementation" aims to strengthen the joint management capacity for basin-wide implementation of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM). It also aims to demonstrate the environmental and socioeconomic benefits of an ecosystem-based approach to water resources management through the implementation of priority actions in the Orange-Senqu River basin as identified in the Strategic Action Programme (SAP).
