IWCAM - ToR The Construction of a Waste Water Treatment Plant
This ToR is for a Consultant to design and complete the necessary drawings for the construction of a treatment system, to construct the treatment system in the demonstration area, using the existing storage tanks from the old sewage treatment plan, and for operating the plan for the first six months in an effort to ensure the appropriate functioning of the plant. In addition, the consultant will prepare an operational manual for the plan which will be handed over to the Environment Division on completion of the operation exercise. Further, the consultant will be responsible for obtaining and providing daily monitoring data on the quality of water etc. from the plant.
