Mission Conduct comprehensive and integrated management of water resources throughout the country through policies, standards, control and management devolved to generate an efficient use and management of water use. Vision Ensure compliance with civil rights enshrined in the Constitution, relating to fair and equitable access to the use, development and conservation of water sources in the country.
