The Executive Director of the Nile Basin Initiative (NBI) Eng. Teferra Beyene is participating in the 5th Africa Water Week in Dakar, Senegal where he will share NBI's experience in leveraging analytical work to facilitate cooperation. The Nile riparians jointly developed a comprehensive analytic framework - the Nile Basin Decision Support System (NB DSS), which is a suite of powerful modeling and information management tools.
