Latin America-Caribbean Regional Network
We are a network of professionals and practitioners involved in marine and coastal initiatives across the regions of Latin America and the Caribbean.
In our network you will find 47 representatives from GEF-funded marine and coastal projects, biodiversity, fisheries, and climate change initiatives. You will also find those who are from non-GEF projects, academia, national ministries, NGOs, Regional Bodies or Conventions, private sector and more.
Our network currently reaches across 26 coastal countries (Antigua And Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Peru, St. Kitts And Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, and USA).
The network is coordinated by Natalie Degger of the GEF LME:LEARN Project. The network is also supported by the IOC Sub-Commission for the Caribbean and Adjacent Regions (IOCARIBE).
