Strategic thinking meeting 1: Visions and Goals
The first SAP strategic thinking meeting brings together the SAP Development Team, made up of key national representatives from the participating countries, many of which will have been involved in the TDA development phase.
The meeting consists of 2 workshops based around:
- Defining a Vision for the water system; and
- Developing draft Goals to achieve the Vision
This meeting should also be used to brief the SAP development team on the next steps in the SAP development process. Feedback on the proposed process should be actively encouraged.
