Kura Project Inception Report

This document reports on the UNDP/GEF Kura Aras project inception phase and provides the plan for the first year of the project execution phase. A brief introduction of the UNDP/GEF Kura Aras project (background, objectives, involved countries and organisations) is given in continuation of this chapter. This chapter also contains an overview of activities carried out in the project preparation phase.
