Clean-up of Riparian zone of Lake Hovsgol, Mongolia
Shoreline campaigns were held on Lake Hovsgol. In the frameworks of campaign, more than 1500 copies of awareness-raising materials were distributed. Most citizens of Khatgal village and government and non-government organizations were involved in the campaign. Protection poles were installed at the distance of 1.5 meters along the sanitation zone of lake Khuvsgul near Khatgal village for 2 km distance in order to protect the sanitation zone from vehicles and tourists impact.
