A tradition of the GEF Biennial International Waters Conferences is the Innovation Marketplace—the exhibit opportunity where GEF IW Projects can display their results, unique approaches and catalytic outcomes, with emphasis on how these may be replicated and how they can be used to sustain international waters cooperation. Breaks between conference sessions, post-lunchtime and some evening events will be opportunities for projects to network and to promote exploration and informal discussion related to their exhibits. A prize will be awarded to the project with the best exhibit poster, judged on adherence to specific guidance sent to project representatives. Judging will be done by participant ballot.
