By decision of the Royal Government of Cambodia and signed by Cambodian Prime Minister, H.E. Hun Sen on 4 August, the Monitoring and Assessing Commission for Suppressing Encroachment into Mangrove Areas and Coastal Reclamation was established with hopes of protecting Cambodia’s coastal habitats.
