TRECE MARTERES CITY, PHILIPPINES -- 8 March 2004 marked a new day for the people of Cavite Province as their Provincial Governor signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and PEMSEA agreeing to promote, support and work together on the development and implementation of an integrated coastal management (ICM) parallel site in the province.
