NTEAP Newsletter Vol 1 - Issue 2
The third quarter of 2004 has come to an end. Actually for the NTEAP it is the first quarter since the project’s work plan was approved at the end of May 2004 by the Steering Committee. The first half of 2004 was devoted to the start up activities which included renovation, equipping and furnishing of project office including recruitment of international and local support staff. National Project Coordinators (NPCs) in the NBI countries were also recruited during this period.
