GIWA Newsletter Issue No 4 May 2001
Capacity building workshops are the main highlights of this month's Issue. The workshop in Kharkiv, Ukraine was held on March 26-29 gathering experts constituting the GIWA network in the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea and the Aral Sea sub-regions. In addition, three GIWA assessment methods training workshops were also held in Bangkok (22-23 March), Moscow (9-10 April) and Beijing (23-27 April).
