Dniester-Kura Twinning Experience Note

Key outcomes and lessons learned as a result of this twinning are shared in the report. The Dniester-Kura twinning pair found that it is very valuable to meet other project’s who have already done the TDA / SAP and which can share the loopholes on various issues, provide insights for work flow and distribution of functions within a team. Discussions on similar activities (wetlands restoration, hydropower) are beneficial to both sides as these are the significant undertaking and they should be planned as thoroughly as possible.
