Albania, Greece and FYRMacedonia signed a formal agreement for the protection of the unique Prespa Lakes wetland on 2 February 2010– World Wetlands Day, which coincides with the 10th anniversary of the foundation of the Transboundary Prespa Park following the commitment of the Prime Ministers of the three countries to cooperate on the protection of Prespa ecosystem.
