The purpose of this competition is to recruit a company or national entity from one of the countries that are members of SICA or outside the region, to prepare the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (ADT) and Strategic Action Plan (SAP) for the Mesoamerican Reef Ecoregion. The above, in accordance with the provisions of these rules of the competition in Annex No.1 related to the terms of reference, which are not restrictive, so the proposer, if they wish to do so and in order to demonstrate their experience in providing the required services, can improve them by optimizing the use of resources.

Profile of the company or entity:

• Minimum experience of five (5) years accredited in topics related to planning and natural resource management, strategic planning, management and land use planning, applied geographic information systems, marine spatial planning, resource management coastal marine, water resource management and environmental management.
• Experience in water resources management, marine spatial planning is relevant, strategic planning, planning and management of natural resources
• Experience of at least one (1) job in the Mesoamerican Reef ecoregion.
