The Strategic Action Programme for the International Waters of the Pacific Small Island Developing States
The Pacific Small Island Developing State International Waters Programme (the IWP) was designed as a 5-year programme for 14 participating Island countries . It is implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and executed by the South Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP).
