Objective: To consolidate Hydraulic study results with the integration of the Socio-Economic and Environmental information/data. To propose options for a strategy for sustinable development,involve relevant sectors, inter alia, agriculture, enviornment, all stakeholders and NGO's to shift from technical level to policy level.
