POST WORKSHOP SURVEY
Online workshop feedback for participants.
Target Audience
The workshop is appropriate for information specialists, GIS experts and project members who are responsible for developing metadata.
Outcome

Participants will gain hands-on knowledge on how to use and create metadata records with GeoNetwork Opensource (the GIS application integrated into IW:LEARN's Website Toolkit).

Participants will also be introduced to other features of IW:LEARN's WebGIS module including how it can be used to access data from other internet map servers worldwide.
Participants need to:
- Bring their own laptop computer for use at the workshop
- Bring with them DATASETS from their projects for use at the workshop

Sponsorship of air tickets
Electronic tickets will be issued to participants being fully sponsored, whereas other participants are required to purchase their own ticket (economy airfare). Transfers to and from the airport in Tunis will be provided.
Accommodation and meals
Accommodation is at the Hotel les Ambassadeurs. Hotel room rate (excluding mini-bar and other personal purchases), breakfast, lunch and coffee/tea breaks during the workshop will be covered for all participants; breakfast is included on Friday 17 July. A cash allowance of 50 USD per day for five days is additionally provided to cover dinner and other personal expenses; an additional day's payment is available for participants leaving late on Friday.
Visa and travel insurance
Participants are advised to arrange their own visa, travel and medical insurance, as the workshop organisers cannot cover unexpected travel and medical related costs.
