The ‘Dutch Water Sector’... now also online

The Dutch Delta Works, built in response to the 1953 North Sea Floods, are one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. The Netherlands’ urban water distribution network is the most efficient in the world (only 6% leakage). Dutch water companies were the first to start benchmarking their performance against each other.

The unique Dutch expertise in water management is an aggregate of what a large number of actors --private companies, government organisations, knowledge institutes and NGOs-- each bring to the table. They form the famed ‘Dutch Water Sector,’ which now has an online address: www.DutchWaterSector.com.
