On 27 October 2014, 24 representatives from the Manila Bay Coordinating Office (MBCO), and the regional units of the Department of the Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) involved in the Manila Bay Watershed Environmental Atlas (MBEA) updating attended a full day Geonode training organized by IW:LEARN with the support of UNEP.
