The GEF CReW Project, under Component 2: Reforms for Wastewater Management, is conducting Pilot Resource Valuation studies in two participating countries, Panama and Trinidad and Tobago — the first countries to ratify the LBS Protocol. These studies are being conducted by the World Resource Institute (WRI) which is working with local agencies. The Environmental Management Authority (EMA) is the lead agency in Trinidad and Tobago while the Autoridad Nacional del Ambiente (ANAM) is the lead agency in Panama.
