The Secretariat to the Cartagena Convention (UNEP-CAR/RCU) is the regional executing agency for a regional project (referred to as GEF-CReW) Caribbean Regional Fund for Wastewater Management. This project seeks to provide sustainable financing for the wastewater sector, support policy and legislative reforms, and foster regional dialogue and knowledge exchange among key stakeholders in the Wider Caribbean Region (WCR).
