The Global Environment Facility-funded Caribbean Regional Fund for Wastewater Management (GEF CReW) Project is collaborating with the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), the World Bank Group, the Caribbean Water and Sewerage Association Inc. (CAWASA) and the Global Water Leaders Group, in the delivery of a ten-week training programme on Water Utility Reform which began in September 2014.
