Updating the GEF IW Project Database: We Need Your Input

The GEF IW:LEARN is actively reaching out to GEF projects and partners to ensure that the most up-to-date information on IW projects is readily available through its Project Database (http://www.iwlearn.net/iw-projects).

image-ed.gifEvery GEF IW project has a unique record, or Project Profile, in the Project Database, which includes details about key project staff and implementation agency contacts and also archived project documents and outputs.

The Project Database serves as an important source of information about various IW projects. At present, the Project Database houses over 180 GEF IW entries from different regions of the world, representing all stages of project development. Archived material includes project documents, technical reports, outreach materials, maps and graphics, datasets, workshop and meeting outputs and evaluation reports.

For the database to succeed, we need your input. The database is a growing information resource, and we seek your help in collecting, adding and updating your project details.

We invite colleagues to review their project entries at http://www.iwlearn.net/iw-projects. Entries for experts and project contacts are concurrently being updated and can be viewed at http://www.iwlearn.net/con-info/contacts. To request online access to a specific webpage, or to send the latest update on project and individual details, kindly send an e-mail to khristine@iwlearn.org.
