Focusing on facilitating investment through enhanced interactive online portal, web-based monitoring system and Community of Practice, guided by the following indicative questions:

    • What do decision makers, policy makers and local chief executives look for in developing environmental or development planning
    • Main drivers behind replication and scaling up?
    • What is a sellable case study?
    • How do you assess the benefits of IW projects?
    • List some of the indicators and measurements that facilitate replication and scaling up in the context of sustainable development
    • What type of guidelines should projects follow in:

1) the packaging and promotion of demonstration project interventions;

2) as part of a regional KM system;

3) on leveraging investments in a blue economy

    • Each working group will be tasked with a specific question or set of questions, linked to the objectives and expected outcomes of this workshop.
