Team Coordinator, Cymru Programmes (WWF)
The team co-ordinator is responsible for all financial and resource co-ordination, as well as personal assistant functions to the Head of WWF Cymru. S/he must provide capable and competent support for a busy team of 7-10 people. The team co-ordinator acts as local IT, HR, finance, health and safety, library and environmental management support (Application Deadline: 23 February 2012).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive financial and contractual support to the cost center.
- Provide proactive budgeting support (both income and expenditure) to projects.
- Work with the budget holders, Head of WWF Cymru, partner organisations, contractees and suppliers to prepare grant agreements and contracts, as required by the projects.
- Provide first line support for IT hardware, software, network, operating system and telephone services for WWF Cymru staff.
- Co-ordinate compilation of all reporting requirements for WWF Cymru, including monthly programmes exception report and Programmes Performance Review.
Qualifications
- Education to degree level or equivalent, preferably with professional qualification in office administration, computing or business administration or related discipline.
- Financial administration experience.
- Ability to interpret spreadsheet data (particularly financial) and manage complex systems (Kypera, Dcal, Vision) with off site support.
- Extremely strong computer literacy- with knowledge of standard software applications and operating systems, (particularly Excel and Word).
- Financial qualification AAT, or equivalent an advantage.
- Ability to speak Welsh/ willingness to learn.
