Researcher in Water Services Regulation
The Dundee UNESCO Centre for Water Law, Policy and Science, at the University of Dundee, Scotland, is looking for a Researcher in Water Services Regulation. (Closing date: 30 September 2008)
This position will be based at the UNESCO Centre for Water Law, Policy and Science, and work closely with the International and National Water Law and Science research clusters. The Centre is part of the Postgraduate School of Management and Policy (College of Arts and Social Sciences), at the University of Dundee.
Qualifications:
- a first university degree in law and a PhD (or working towards), or equivalent experience in a relevant area.
- the ability to work independently and within a team (both within and outwith the University of Dundee) on a range of related projects is expected
- strong communication skills and capable of interacting well at a range of levels with colleagues and partners within Scotland and around the world; international travel will be required
- an ability to work in languages in addition to English (which is essential) would be an important asset
