Eastern Desert-Mid term evaluation
- GEF demonstrates through this project the potential of good management of Groundwater to release the stress on the use of surface water. The conclusions drawn from this evaluation was based on review findings conducted by the evaluation team. The findings were evident based according to the reviewed project documentation, interviews and assessment work conducted during the period of the evaluation.

- The purpose of a final evaluation of GEF/UNDP projects is to assess the achievements of the project against its original objectives and provide donors, government and project partners with an independent review of project final outputs.
