YSLME MID TERM EVALUATION: This mid term evaluation report sets out findings, lessons learned and recommendations for the UNDP/GEF Yellow Sea Large Marine Ecosystem Project (YSLME). The report is developed in compliance with the Terms of Reference for the assignment. It is based upon collected reference materials from the project, as well as a series of interviews carried out during an evaluation mission in the region, during August 2007. The conclusions and recommendations set out in the following pages are solely those of the evaluators and are not binding upon the project management & sponsors.
