Beijing, PR China - The 4th Meeting of the Executive Committee of the East Asian Seas Partnership Council was held on 20 December 2008 in Beijing, PR China. All members of the EC and officials of China's State Oceanic Administration (SOA), as the host country representatives, attended the meeting, along with a representative from Japan's Ocean Policy Research Foundation (OPRF) as an observer.
