This proposed medium-sized project is developed and proposed in accordance with the regional agreement made by the Intergovernmental Steering Committee of the United Nations Environment Programme/ Global Environment Facility (UNEP/GEF) project entitled “Reversing Environmental Degradation Trends in the South China Sea and Gulf of Thailand” (hereafter the SCS Project).
