MTSP Project Document
The GEF MTSP will establish effective cooperation among key agencies responsible for pollution reduction in the metro-Manila area and, for the first time, clarify their roles and responsibilities for pollution control. It will assist the Government of the Philippines update its investment and financing plans for the wastewater sector and develop currently absent and strategically key implementing rules for its pollution control regulations.
