XIAMEN, PR CHINA -- The 12th Intergovernmental Meeting of the Northwest Pacific Action Plan (NOWPAP) was held on 23-25 October at Hotel Ramada in Xiamen, PR China to review and endorse NOWPAPs work plan and budget for 2008 and 2009. PEMSEA participated in the meeting as an observer and prospective partner.
