The ASCLME Project and NOAA formally announced a partnership agreement today at the joint steering meeting of the ASCLME and SWIOFP Projects at the Kunduchi Beach Hotel in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Delegates at the 3rd Steering Committee Meeting in Dar es Salaam after the partnership agreement was unanimously accepted
