ASCLME-Midterm Evaluation
The whole Evaluation process ran like clockwork, and this was clearly due to the extraordinary skills and professionalism of Mrs. Helen MacKenzie. All three missions organised to support the current MTE exercise provided a unique chance to meet in person and talk with so many vital Project's stakeholders.
