Overview of Public Participation, including Observers Status as Different International INSTITUTIONS - Final Report
In order to get a better idea of options and opportunities for public participation that may be used to improve its rules and procedures for public participation, including observership, the International Commission on the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR) has requested the Consortium of New York University School of Law, Resources for the Future and the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern
Europe to provide examples of public input and participation in other relevant institutions, including River Basin Commissions. This report was prepared in response to ICPDR’s request.
