Country-Specific Issues and Proposed Tariff and Charge Reforms: Romania – Case Study
The existing installations and pipe works are old and much equipment is in need of modernization and/or replacement. Given the importance of providing adequate water and wastewater services, both to the population and industries, APA-CANAL-PITESTI has undertaken initiatives towards rehabilitation of the installations.
