Strengthening of Inter-Ministerial Coordination Mechanisms for Water Management in the Danube River Basin and the Black Sea Countries: Current Inter-Ministerial Coordination Mechanisms

This Report on Current Inter-Ministerial Coordination Mechanisms of the UNDP – GEF project “Strengthening Inter-Ministerial Coordination Mechanisms for Water Management in the Danube River Basin and the Back Sea Countries” (Inter-ministerial Project - IMCM) has been developed on the basis of the Inception Report and refined work plan. The IMCM project is in response to a recommendation of the Stocktaking Meeting of the GEF Strategic Partnership (November 2004, Bucharest, Romania) as well as the Mid-Term Evaluation of the BSERP "to help the Black Sea Commission and Black Sea Countries meet their commitments under the Bucharest Convention and Odessa Declaration".
