Minutes of the First Steering Committee Meeting of the GEF-REPCar Project
The meeting was opened at 9:00am by the Coordinator of UNEP-CAR/RCU, Mr. Nelson Andrade Colmenares. He welcomed all the participants, invited organizations, Mr. Ricardo Sanchez of UNEP-ROLAC and Mr. Jan Betlem from UNEP-DGEF.
