WIOLAB Terminal Evaluation
The independent Terminal Evaluation for the project was undertaken between 23 May and 15 August 2010 on behalf of UNEP. This report provides an introduction and overview of the project, describes the evaluation methodology and scope and sums up the main findings of the evaluation. The report concludes with lessons and recommendations.
