By using and participating in the workspace, you are agreeing to the terms of use set forth below:

1. Information or opinions contained in any posts are those solely of the user making the post and in no way is validated by, or does not represent the opinions of our Administrators, and Moderators.  You also acknowledge that the content of all postings expresses the views of the author, and not of IW:LEARN, its labels, or other affiliates, or any other entity, person, or representative associated with IW:LEARN.
2. Members of this IW Community Platform are held responsible for all the content they post in, and use from out of each workspace. You also acknowledge that your use of or reliance on the information posted by other users in this forum is at your own risk.
3. Any information you disclose here becomes public information and can be used by people in your workspace or throughout the IW Community Platform if you post in a general area. Everyone participating here and using any information from the workspace is advised to exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal or other. Any such disclosures are at your own risk.
4. We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove, edit or move, at any time, any material posted to the workspace, in each case as we deem appropriate.
5. All members will use the IW Community Platform in a responsible and conscientious manner, and with respect to other members and host of the platform by:

  • Not using any workspace as a personal online document repository.
  • Posting only unsuitable or relevant website addresses or URLs.
  • Not posting any copyrighted material unless you own or control the copyright in and to such material.
  • Respecting the privacy of other members and individuals. Do not post personal information (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, etc.) without the expressed permission of the individual.
  • Not posting or transmitting any software or computer files that contain a virus, worm or other disruptive or harmful component.

You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of and participation in any activity on this website. IW:LEARN shall not be responsible or liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of or in any way related to any workspace on this platform.

IW:LEARN does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials on this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the servers that make such materials available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. IW:LEARN does not warrant or make any representation regarding the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or any other aspect of the use of any of the materials.

If you are dissatisfied with the IW Community Platform, including any content thereon, you may approach the Administrator to report the cause of your dissatisfaction and the Administrator will respond accordingly. If you remain dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to cease use of the website or workspace, as applicable.

We may change, modify or supplement these terms of use at any time. Accordingly, we encourage you to check this page from time to time as you will be bound by any such revisions.

By submitting a request to join and by activating your member account, you are agreeing to all these Terms of Use.
