The objectives of the LVB Investment Forum are:
- To strengthen the bonds of integration among the communities of the LVB.
- To showcase trade and investment opportunities to the regional, inter-regional, emerging and international markets.
- To encourage one-on-one business partnerships with potential investors and the local businesses community.
- To discuss policy issues within the business community of the LVB.
- To highlight the goods and services, and industrial development in the various countries as an investment opportunity.
- To engage potential Investors in the East African community in business promotion in the LVB region.
- To promote research and technological advancement that support increased production and income.
- To communicate the prospects of Lake Victoria Basin to spur economic development by creating a larger market for goods produced in participating countries.
