Fourth Forum of the GOOS Regional Alliances
The Fourth GOOS Regional Alliances Forum will be held 25, 26, 27 November 2008 in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The GRA Forum brings together representatives of all the GOOS Regional Alliances to plan the next biennium activities of the Coastal Component of GOOS. The Forum fosters cooperation of the programs of the GRAs, builds GOOS and enhances regional activities.
