The 19th Intergovernmental Meeting of COBSEA will be graciously hosted by the Royal Government of Cambodia. During the meeting, the New Strategic Direction (2008-2012): A White Paper that was discussed at the Special Intergovernmental Session of COBSEA in Putrajaya, 5-6 September 2007, will be tabled for consideration and possible adoption. In addition, the meeting will discuss the proposed work plan and budget for the East Asian Seas Regional Coordinating Unit (EAS/RCU) for 2008-2009.
